Day 6;
Took 2 days off at the FIRST WEEK itself from my deficit 😂,
Why?; lol First 2 days went great in the beginning but on the 3rd day I started feeling super moody and anxiety.
Being suspicious I looked back at my log and I realised I was so robotic prepping going to work; I TOTALLY FORGOT A WHOLE PORTION OF CARBS AND SUGAR, 3 days with absolutely no added sugar and super low on carbs.
MENTALLY: FRUSTRATED
PHYSICALLY: EXHAUSTED
Taking a small step back and starting back again today. This will be a part of your journey, don’t be discouraged.
